I booked to have NBN installed. Modem arrived with promises of installation, but then I'm told I'll have to pay for a private contractor to install the whole thing! Of course there's NO way to contact them by phone to discuss, so a 60 second conversation, takes two weeks by email. I was told they have NO technicians! It like I booked into a restaurant with no kitchen and the only way to talk to the wait staff, is by email!
If you want a service with technical capability; & NO way to speak to anyone, these might be your guys.
I wouldn’t even give Belong one star if l had that option. Internet is useless. Rarely connects and when it does it drops out within 5 minutes. Multiple attempts to get this rectified with Belong support staff. They are not interested in fixing the problem. Give you the same old run around and useless advice every time, GO TO ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER. We are paying for a service we don’t get. Will report to Telecommunications Ombudsman.

Never had a problem with Belong. Either on NBN or mobile phone. I strongly recommend them for both services. Keep it up. Thanks.
Probably the worst Australian customer service experience of living memory. When our internet failed, not only did I discover there is NO customer support number to call but also no direct messaging service on the Belong site. When (after I had no reply to emails) I finally got onto their messenger service on Facebook/Twitter, it would take an hour for them to reply to each single message. So we are now without internet (in the age of work from home) for 36+ hours. Not good enough Belong. I am changing to one of your competitors - one with good reviews for customer service.

Impossible to contact. Does not provide a phone number to contact them. They rely on being contacted by email. So how the hell does one do that when the service they provide ( the Internet) is down? They then take two days to return a call.
Utterly useless. We terminated and went elsewhere. They ignored the termination request and are still taking money.

My credit card expired, and I couldn’t sign, and after a great deal of effort discovered that they no longer have any call centres. I tried to set a new password but that system doesn’t work. And the complaints process requires you to have already entered a complaint in order to enter a complaint. Absolutely the worst telco ever. Appalling Telstra.
Horrible experience. PLEASE NOTE you cannot phone Belong for assistance or any for of real time support. No help with set up and no chat support. If your NBN doesn’t function, as ours is not again, then you can send an Email and wait. Even when it is working it is slow and interrupted. This company is EVIL !!!!!
bought NBN from Belong big mistake customer support is an absolute joke - I have new connection does not work. For the last few hours I have been working on it. The DSL light is now stable but no internet light. Support a joke - they dont care about fixing the issue. Made the mistake of mention that I could not logon to their system (via mobile phone hot spotting) - now after reading these comments I understand the problem - they sent a link showing how to reset my logon issue and ignored the problem that the service does noty work.
Finally after more than 15 days waiting for someone from belong to call me to fix my internet connection, I decided to cancel this trash and try TPG. Also I won't pay my bill on 9th of January because I haven't had internet from 10th of December. PLEASE DON'T USE BELONG, IT'S THE WORST
Please telstra stop spoiling your name with belong just received the modem which wasn't working and a indian lady working for belong charged me $240 for nothing thanks SUMAN FROM BELONG YOU MADE MY CHRISTMAS
